Outcomes first
Every programme states its occupational outcomes before a single class runs. Assessment asks one question: can the learner do this to industry standard?
At least half the hours are hands-on
Practical and industrial hours are never less than fifty per cent of a programme, and the arithmetic is published on every programme page.
An AI tutor per learner
Each learner has an AI tutor available continuously, plus AI-avatar oral examinations where a human assessor confirms every result before it stands.
External verification
Summative assessment is externally verified through UVTAB, and the trainer who taught a learner never marks that learner's summative work.
