By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.

What this site is, and what it is not

This site publishes Forward University's programme catalogue, admissions requirements, fees position, calendar and institutional commitments. Nothing on this site is an offer of admission. An offer is made only in writing by the Admissions Office, and only after an application has been assessed.

Programme information reflects the Curriculum Compendium published with this site. Where a programme sits in a later accreditation wave, or where a fee is marked pending, the page says so and the position may change before it is confirmed.

Using the AI tools

LEO and the AI admissions tools give guidance, not decisions. They can be wrong, and they are grounded on published Forward content that may be updated. Nothing an AI tool tells you overrides a published requirement, an official letter or a decision of the Admissions Office or the Registry. Use of a tool to submit false information, to impersonate another person or to attempt to extract data you are not entitled to is prohibited.

Your account and your submissions

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what is submitted through it. Information you give in an application must be true and complete; a material misstatement is grounds for withdrawing an offer or terminating enrolment.

Intellectual property

The Forward name, crest, curriculum documents, page copy and downloadable briefs belong to Forward University. You may read, print and share pages for personal, educational or advisory use with attribution. You may not republish the catalogue in bulk, resell it, or present it as your own. Automated collection is permitted within the limits published in robots.txt and llms.txt.

Availability and links

We work to keep the site available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every page is free of error. Where we link to another organisation, we do not control its content.

Limits and complaints

To the extent the law allows, Forward University is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under Ugandan law. If something on this site has misled you, write to registry@forwarduniversity.live and we will investigate and correct it in public if it was wrong.
