Paths, assessment and the paid placement
- What is the difference between Path One and Path Two?
- Path One is the term model: subjects run in parallel across a term. Path Two is the block model: one subject at a time, assessed before the next begins. Each programme page shows both structures so you can compare before choosing.
- How is my work assessed?
- Mastery, not averaging. A capability is either demonstrated at the required level or it is not, and you can return to it. The Assessed Differently page sets out the rules in full.
- Is the cooperative education placement paid?
- Yes. Every degree carries a minimum of 12 months of paid, assessed work-integrated learning, and it is part of the curriculum rather than an optional add-on.
- What does every graduate carry?
- Twelve capabilities, C1 to C12, recorded on a capability transcript alongside the academic transcript. Employers can read what you can do, not only what you sat.
