The 90-Day Promise
A qualification that does not change your income has not done its job. Every Forward College programme states how a graduate reaches earnings within ninety days of certification.
Named, not vague
Each programme lists the specific route: employment with named employer types, subcontracting, or a micro-venture with its starting tool list and capital requirement.
Built into the curriculum
The exit venture or employer project is assessed coursework, so the plan a graduate leaves with has already been reviewed by an assessor and an industry mentor.
Held to account in public
The promise is published on the accountability dashboard alongside our other commitments, so it can be measured against what actually happens.
Mentor after exit
A named industry mentor meets each learner monthly, and that relationship carries through the first ninety days after certification.
