Forward opens an eleventh School: Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Tourism
Ten programmes join the catalogue, taking Forward to 143 published degree and certificate programmes across eleven Schools.
Forward University has published the curriculum volume for its eleventh School, the School of Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Tourism, together with ten programmes covering culinary practice, hospitality operations, tourism systems and events.
Each programme carries the same structure as the rest of the catalogue: a competency register, published rubrics before any work is set, both the Term Model and the Block Model, and a compulsory twelve-month paid cooperative-education placement.
The catalogue now stands at 143 programmes across eleven Schools and 72 named departments, totalling 17,734 credit units. Programme availability follows the accreditation waves published on the accreditation page; a programme appearing in the catalogue is not a claim that it is accredited today.
