Admissions answers move to WhatsApp, in four languages
LEO and Ask Forward now answer in English, Luganda, Swahili and French, with voice input, read-aloud, a low-data mode and an installable offline app.
Access should not depend on a fast connection or a laptop. Forward's admissions assistant now answers in English, Luganda, Swahili and French, accepts dictated questions and can read its answer aloud.
The site is installable as an app, keeps recently viewed pages available offline, and includes a low-data mode that suppresses heavy imagery.
A WhatsApp admissions channel is being provisioned. The number is published on the WhatsApp page as soon as it is live; Forward does not publish a number it does not yet operate. Money and documents are never handled over chat.
