Regulatory position

Forward College programmes are developed for delivery under the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Act, No. 3 of 2025, with external assessment and certification by the Uganda Vocational and Technical Assessment Board (UVTAB) and curriculum approval resting with the TVET Council. Forward College seeks recognition as a qualifying provider under section 76(2) of the Act.
